Positive Impact Foundation (PIF) believes that positive external images help build self-esteem and, ultimately, make long-term personal success more likely. Too often, at-risk youth are seen and heard only in a negative light. This is unfortunate since there are many examples of these youth overcoming their challenging environment to care for themselves and others. PIF seeks to showcase the many positive images of thriving youth and to help these youth, and the non-profit organizations working with them, to compete with negative exposure, build self-esteem and self-confidence, and learn to set goals and achieve them.
